Invisible icons?

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if these was any way like a theme or a tweak to make all icons/apps totally transparent as in invisible and to make the name labels very white bright. I've looked but couldn't find anything, I'd be really grateful if someone could let me know of a way to do this. Thanks a lot in advance.

You can, but you'd have to seal off all loopholes by creating an extremely large pool of icons to make sure that all apps are covered. I'd recommend working off of a theme that has a large pool of icons as is. Keeping the directories intact, just swap out the themed icons with transparent layers in a .png format with the same name as the themed icon. As for the labels, you might have to tweak that a little with BytaFont maybe? Not really into theming fonts and their brightness so hopefully someone can chime in on that.
