I know currently you can't get IOS 11 with iPhone 5c. But, I was wondering if there's anyway I could get the IOS 11 for my iPhone 5c?

No, there’s not. iOS 11 is compatible with 64 bit devices, and the iPhone 5c is not among them. There’s no workaround, you can’t install the software on your device.
