Huh just updated my jail broken iPad 4.1 to iOS 4.2 and tried lime rain but did not work, guess I'm stuck????

it says on limerain when i try to jailbreak my ipad that it is succesful however when i go to it no jailbreak apps are there, limerain icon or cydia? i think pawnage tool might work?
