If you're fed up with having your App Switcher at the bottom of your screen with all of that empty space above, WidgetTask might be the tweak for you. This tweak/widget hybrid puts your App Switcher in your Notification Center. Not only that, but it also disables your App Switcher so that Notification Center pops up with a double tap of the Home button. This is okay because you have your App Switcher in your Notification Center now along with all of your other notifications and widgets basically filling in the empty space. WidgetTask is a sweet tweak for iOS 5 and it's only $.99 in the Cydia Store under the Big Boss repo.
