Hey, I just update my iphone 6 with iOS 9.3.3 public beta 1. Does anyone know if I am running a beta version I will recieve OTA update when iOS 9.3.3 is final version? Or i need to go to iTunes to update it.

You should be ably to do an OTA update to the release version when it comes out. That's the way it works with the developer betas and I can't see a reason why it won't work that way for the public beta versions.
Of course, the OTA update to the release version will be quite large, well over 1GB.

It works the same with the public beta version.
