My girlfriend ttried updating her Iphone 5c with IOS 9. As most Iphone users on here probably already know there are a lot of issues with this update and I'm looking for help. The phone is to the point where it needs to it says slide to update. when I slide I have to put her password in then the Apple symbol with a loading bar under it pops up. when it finishes it says slide to update again but I can not slide, this is where the phone locks up and we can't do anything. Doing the factory reset by holding the power button and the home button doesn't work, the phone resets but goes back to what I just described. Plug it into Itunes we can't restore the phone or back it up becuse the phone needs to be setup. Can anyone help us?
