Last Tuesday we saw Apple unveil two new iPhone models; the iPhone 5S and the iPhone 5C. Now that the devices are set to launch on September 20th, we can now pan our eyes onto the upcoming iPad 5 and iPad Mini event.
The iPad 5 is rumored to take on the iPad Mini design, being thinner, lighter, and having it's side-bezels nearly removed. Other leaks and rumors point to the iPad 5 sporting an upgraded A7X processor, more RAM, possibly a better camera and the Touch ID sensor. All of this while the iPad Mini 2 most popular rumor is that Apple will finally add a Retina display to the device, keeping the iPad Mini original design.
French blog MacGeneration points to October 15th, another Tuesday, for Apple's big iPad event. While this is just speculation, Apple did unveil last year's iPads late October, so the date isn't anything outlandish.
