Iphone 3G apn settings for simple mobile

I have an iPhone 3G running 4.2.1 baseband 6.15.00 (IPad baseband) with simple mobile but I can not figure out the APN settings iv tried about everything and no luck iv done this before to another iPhone running the same and it went well, does any one have an answer plz help
