Iphone 3g ios 4.1 how to update

I had an old iphone 3g with ios 4.1
Everytime i try to download applications there always popping out message box saying "this app requires ios 4.3 or later"
Can anyone help me how to upgrade my iphone 3g to version 4.3 or later versions to be able to download apps?or is there other way i can download applications even without upgrading the phone? Thank you in advance!😃

The highest iOS version for your phone is iOS 4.2.1. There is no way for apps that require iOS 4.3, minimum to be downloaded to your phone. You will just have to keep looking to see if you can find apps that require iOS 4.2.1 or below. There aren't any of them left, but there are a few still out there.
