Iphone 3g unlocking help

I unlocked my father's iphone 3g with ultrasnow and now it's on 4.2.1 with firmware 5.15, but there's no signal. I did a little search and found it doesn't support 5.15. So what should I do now to have a working unlock? I doubt my father has saved any SSH or stuffs like that. Which tool should I use for the most stable unlock?

You have to update to the iPad baseband if you wish to unlock now.

Hmm I flashed it to 6.15 and there's still no signal. Should I restore everything and reunlock?
