Iphone 3GS - No Service

Hi i have a problem with an iPhone 3GS (Old BootRom), iOS 6.1.3

When i check at imei.info it shows that its Unlocked, but when i put my SimCard in the Phone it shows No Service.

I have Restored it from iTunes, but nothing



Help me Please
