iPhone 3GS update no picture text

I know I saw a thread for this somewhere but I can't seem to find it now. Anyways a friend has a 3GS and just updated to the new firmware. Now she can't receive picture texts. Anyone know how to fix this without going back to the old fw? Thank you.

Try a network settings reset..settings>general>reset>reset network settings. Then restart the phone.

Just tried it. I t didn't work. There is no mms option on a picture when you pull it up, or a option in text to push the little camera button when you are adding a picture to a text.
