My battery seems alot worse than it did with older software how are people finding there's?

You must let your battery get to 20% for the first couple of times and charge it over night a couple of time as well. This should fix your issue. I had to do the same thing and it seems to help.

I did a restart and also drained my batt to about 2% and then a full charge. batt life is actually better than with iOS4

I'm seeing about the same battery span as I had on the 3GS, maybe a little better.
