I dropped my iPhone 4 in water and everything is fine with the phone, but my battery meter is stuck on 90% and even when I plug the phone in, it still doesn't move. Does this mean I need a new battery???

This could be tricky: the water episode could have resulted in more than you can see now. Hopefully not. If I were you, I would perform a hard reset (power and Home button for 12 seconds, and reboot) then use the phone until it shuts off by itself. Then recharge and your battery calibration should be accurate and show 100%. All this is if the water thing didn't do more damage than you think.

Well, last night I let the phone stay on the charger for six hours straight and all I got was 5%. 11pm------7am
