iPhone 4 FW-04.11.08 iOS-5.0.1

I am trying to unlock an iPhone 4 for T-Mobile.

It's running firmware 04.11.08 on iOS 5.0.1 and is Jailbroken. Was unlocked and working for Simple Mobile. I know the SAMPref method doesn't work any longer, what are my options on getting it unlocked now?

There is currently no way to unlock that baseband
