iPhone 4 Hardware importance

I just read over net about powerful iphone 4 that really depend hardware parts .. Is that really true that iphone is powerful because of their quality and powerful hardware ?
As you can see here Why iPhone 4 is so powerful ! – Hardware And let me know why software not got credit of powerful iphone 4 ?

I have just replied there and asked few things about software and hardware . so what do you think ? why iphone 4 is powerful ?
