iPhone 4 Internal Storage Went to 53GB After iOS 4.2.1 Update?

I wouldn't worry about then it if it was me. It's getting the space free part correct so I can see a problem if you were using it as a storage device. Have you tried restarting your computer? If that doesn't sort it I would just put it down as one of those things...
