Yeah it is replaceable, but it's the complete back cover which you will have to change though.

Is the OP talking about the camera "Lens" that's part of the rear glass panel.... or the actual camera module that's inside the phone?!?

I think he's talking about the glass covering the camera as that glass can scratch so resulting of bad quality pictures.

My bet is that it should be replaceable, how easy can that be? I have no clue. You can look for some YouTube movies for better understanding.
