iPhone 4 missing features

Hi All,
Does anyone know whether the following features are likely to bee added to the iPhone 4, or are available through any apps?

1. SMS Message Delivery Reports
2. Scheduled Push options for email during certain times
3. Ablilty to stop email vibrating and ringing on notification
4. USB Mass Storage support

USB Disk i believe does the trick for Mass Storage, its free in the app store
