Iphone 4 restarting

Hi i have a iphone 4 and its not jailbroken but keeps restarting and showing the temperture page or it will show the empty battery page - please can anyone help - is it worth changing battery ?

You should do a Restore & if it keeps doing it just go to an apple store they will replace it !!!

All warranty is valid thru apple. It makes no difference where you bought it from.

Its all on the system when you take it in. Just say you bought it from a friend and they will update the system with your name.
