At the moment there is a developer only tethered jailbreak for IOS6 and Cydia is NOT officially supported on the device. The dev-team have asked specifically that folks respect Saurik's wishes and do NOT install Cydia until it is fully ready for a public IOS6 release. We don't have an ETA on when that might be.
