iPhone 4 s lost calender entries

I have updated my iPhone 4s to iso 7 but have lost all past and future calender entries, can any one advise if I can get these back... please!

If you have iTunes or iCloud backup, that will be easy. You can just restore from the backup. If you don't have backup files, you can use this iOS data recovery tool to scan and check if you can recover the calendar. Hope that helps.
