The situation is following: Screen is on and functioning (it's stuck in appstore and i can see the little spinny thing spinning) but it doesn't respond to any gestures. i've tried turning it off and rebooting using every method i know (holding the power button, holding both the home and power button for an extended period but still nothing) but it doesn't respond in any way. also, i removed the sim card, but it still has full signal bars, so the screen is on and in motion, but isn't updating so to say.
