iPhone 4 stuck on Apple logo after reset.

This is my first post and i hope someone out there can help. My iPhone 4 is stuck on the Apple logo after resetting. I tried holding down the home and sleep/wake button, but it did the same when i turned it on?

Did you jailbreak the phone? If so and your are tether jailbreak then you have to boot the iphone using redsn0w and just boot tether.

You should be able to hold down the power and home till the phone go off then back on.
