hey guys, i bought iphone 4 in ireland on a contract with my provider.
i then came to brazil with my iphone and i want to onlock it. my contract with my provider from ireland is still on going and i continue to pay my bill everymonth but the phone is here with me and my brother has my sim in another phone back home.
i got one friend here in brazil to jail brake my iphone 4 and it was succesful, however the sim card i bought from the company vivo here in brazil it still does not work. my friend said that i need the software for the brazillian networks installed on the phone before it will work..
so if anyone knows anything could you let me know what to do or am i waisting my time. iphone 4 here in brazil is quite rare, very few people have it.. thank you
