iphone 4 will noy turn on staying on boot logo

hi and help pls my iphone 4 jailbroke on jailbreak me has shut down and when turned on just stays on the apple boot logo have tryed resetting by holding home and power keys down but no joy it happened when i was updating something in cydia thank for any help any one can give me
