I received an i phone 4 from a friend, had to be charged, when it was fully charged, i couldn't get into the phone because somehow it was locked, when i tried to get into the iphone and it went straight dialer and tried to call the apple and At@T it said "emergency calls only. On the upper left side of the phone it said no service and was in a different language.
How Do I fix the Phone???
