HI I am new to this and any info would be amazing.

I updated my jailbroken iphone 4 to modem firmware 03.10.01 and version 4.2.1 I take this that it cannot be jailbroken yet???
can if i find out who locked the phone that i could use a pay as you go sim????
Any help would be great its my daughters phone and she is desperate for it back!!!
