iPhone 4G Case w/ Air Flow

I have an iPhone 4GS with a decent enough case, but there is zero air-flow to the iPhone, which I believe is bad in the long run (note, it usually only gets hot when I'm doing battery heavy phone calls and such).

However, I can't find a decent case on Amazon that seems designed to allow air to get to the back of the iPhone.

Can someone recommend one?

What's a 4gs? Do you mean 3GS? Well I suggest trying speck, incase. Depends on the level of protection to want
