Iphone 4S 5.1.1 untethered jailbreak error

Everytime I run the latest version of Absinthe or redsn0w, it gives me the same error. It completes most of the jailbreak and then tells me my device is not activated... So i contacted my service provider and apple about it, and they said there shouldn't be any problems with activation. Simply turning it on and off allowed me to bypass the activation error which said that the servers were down and to try again later. However everytime I run the jailbreak simple turning it and off DOESN'T WORK. I even used that glitch to temporarily bypass the activation screen which seemed to work, but then got me back to the same activation error screen. WTF?? Can someone help me get past this error... This error only happens to be unbypassable when I jailbreak the phone.

Perhaps restore your iPhone but before you sync it, run absinthe then sync it
