Does anyone know of any iPhone 4S 6.1 Compatible Signal and Wi-fi Color Changing Tweaks? or also Wi-Fi Logo changing compatible tweaks? Thanks in advance. Longtime iPhone owner, new to Jailbreak.

If it's color changing, you'll need to grab a theme for it and mod it that way unless you have developer access

I am specifically looking for them to be red? Any suggestions? My current theme is Glass.

See if you can find a Wifi component to your current theme. Just whip out Photoshop and color it in. Otherwise, you'll have to rip it off another theme and incorporate it into this theme.
