iPhone 4S 64gb 6.1.2 Jailbroken with Evasi0n 1.5.1 - HOW DO I UNLOCK?

I have a iPhone 4S 64gb 6.1.2 Jailbroken with Evasi0n 1.5.1. It works awesome, was hoping the GSM would be unlocked so I could use any cellular service id like. Im currently with the "Rogers" network in Canada, and I would like to switch over. I looked around the site but couldnt find a step by step guide for my model of phone and firmware. Im afraid to wreck my phone and lose all my saved info. Is unlocking safe? Can I do it without buying an unlock tool? any help please?

Your only permanent options would be requesting an unlock from Rogers or purchasing an IEMI unlock from somewhere on the Internet. Rogers could also charge you a small fee for the unlock from their provider... just need to check w/ them on the terms and conditions.

I was able to unlock my iPhone 3G on rogers to any carrier somehow.. have they changed something so its not do-able?

The options for unlocking an iPhone 3G are different that unlocking a 4S.
