iPhone 4S all pictures have turned very pixlized ?

I have been using iPhone 4S for past 2 weeks , this morning pictures from my camera roll suddely have gone grainy ?
Can't even see people faces , when I click on edit they suddenly become sharp but when I save them it is saved as blank or in some cases "Saving Photo" message is displayed for ever
Looks like some software issue ,Photo Metadata issue ? has anyone come across this ?

Sorry to hear you're having problems with your phone, haven't come across this problem myself but have you tried to do a hard reset ? (Home and Power button pressed until the apple logo comes back up) this solves a lot of problems.

Well I think the problem can easily be removed and solved using the soft rest too. Because the problems seems to be of the software not the hardware. So in this case the soft reset may solve your issue by restarting the whole software of your device.
