Iphone 4s and Apple TV

I just purchased Apple TV but I cannot get the screen on my phone to appear on my TV. I have Air Play turned "on". Any suggestions would help! Thanks.

Double click the home button and scroll as far left as you can go. You should see the AirPlay icon. Hit that and it will work.

Apple TV supports 802.11b, g, & n). For music streaming, 802.11b might be OK, but g or n are necessary for video streaming. & naturally, transferring knowledge to Apple TV will depend greatly on your connection speed.
