[iPhone 4S] No audio when on call

After putting a red front, black bezel and a red back on my iPhone, there have been no issues what so ever apart from one thing, which I cannot find any answer for after searching online.

I have audio when playing music, watching videos etc, but once I call or pick up a call, I cannot hear the other person speaking at all, but if I put the call on Speaker phone, it will work, only on Speaker though.

Does anyone know what I have to do to fix this...?

Take a look at your iPhone. Look below the front camera. There should be a speaker. That speaker is rather most likely broken, or needs to be cleaned. (Go to an Apple store near you and they'll fix this problem for you.)
