iPhone 4S Screen Issues

I got an iPhone 4s for Christmas. I didn't have any problems with it in the first 3 weeks. Then it started doing some weird thing where it would make some blackish, blueish shadow over parts of the screen. And now just recently, the screen has been going crazy and shaking. I haven't dropped it or anything. Anybody know of anyway that I can fix this problem?
