iPhone 4s warranty that covers scree damage

Hey i just got the iphone 4s and am looking for the best warrant that covers a broken screen. Ive noticed that the apple care + or whatever doesnt cover it but i was looking at square trade warranties since that looks pretty promising. anyone have a good warranty company?
