IPhone 4S WiFi Grayed out

Ok Here we go again . WiFI Grayed out IPhone 4S . Even now on IOS8

I have done it all to fix so I'm not looking for info on fix .

The stick under the hair dryer and in the freezer worked for about a week by the way .

What I would like to know is how many people with iphones grayed out or WiFi search network down are there in this community ?

Maybe we could get a fix .

I have same problem.Apple guy told I need to get the wifi chip replaced,$200 ouch! so I did the dryer fix and trade it on Apple Store for $105 for iphone6.
