Anyone try ***** for jailbreak. Claim can unlock and untether jailbreak iPhone 5 on 6.1.3 and 6.1.4? But cost $25.
I got the iTunes screen of death so lost my 6.1.2 Evasi0n jailbreak.

Paid jailbreaks are rarely legit; they either promise something they can't do or just send you software that's already available for free. I would steer clear of it.

You never pay for jailbreaks regardless. All legitimate/fool proof ways to jailbreak are listed in this sticky. If a jailbreak is available, it'll be here. If it's not listed next to the device and iOS combination, it's fake.
