I have an upgrade available for AT&T and they are offering me and upgrade price of 299$ for a 32 gig iphone 5. My question is has anyone seen a or gotten a cheaper price then this? and if so how and where. Are there better deals to be had at a local cell phone store? Thanks a bunch

Authorized local cell stores won't have it for any less. Heck even in the Asian stores around where I live, the most they'll budge is $10 maybe, which comes out of their commission. As for buying it online off of someone else, not recommended, as people sell stolen/lost devices, or they'll sell it to you, claim it's lost, and get a new one, leaving you with a blocked IMEI iPhone 5. The best places to get it is from an authorized dealer or from Apple.

Not entirely sure. IIRC the promotion was only a limited time offer. But I guess it wouldn't hurt to call them up and see since it's not up on the Walmart site.
