iPhone 5c iOs 8.4 Wifi disconnecting / reconnecting constantly

I have an iPhone 5c 16gb on iOs 8.4 and the wifi keeps disconnecting for like a second and then reconnects. It stays connected for a couple of minutes and then do it again. It rarely interrupts anything since it reconnects pretty fast but it's very annoying to see it like in Facebook Messenger and some other apps and it seems to boost the amount of data transfert the iphone use.

Is it a known issue and does someone found a solution to it?

As far as I know, that's not a known issue.
If seems to me the new iPhone reacts almost the same way as your old one in this thread:

Did you consider taking a look at your Wi-Fi?

Yes i did but that device i sold it to someone after repairing the screen so it's not using my wifi anymore so it can't be that. It's crazy to see how many iPhones 4/4s/5c have wifi problems

What I meant was:

Does this happen when your iPhone is connected to your Wi-Fi at home, or does this happen everywhere?
If it's just at one place, there might be a problem with the router, not your iPhone.
