iphone 5s bad esn swap apple store?

I just bought an iphone 5s 500$ and it was clean esn, couple days later turns out the seller reports it stolen is there a way I can swapp it at Apple store and if someone did it please let me know how it works thank you!

Sorry, we do not condone any fraudulent behavior here. You will have to try to get a refund from the seller. You should always beware when buying a used phone.
