iPhone 5s ghost screen help

I had a crack on my phone but it fell again it didn't get worst it didn't look like anything happened but now I think the glass is pressed into it (top right corner of phone) I took a little piece of it out almost a little shard of glass. Ever since about 3 days i can still use the phone but I have to lock it then unlock it, use it for a little then it starts to ghost touch by itself again and it repeats that's the only way I can use it I really don't want to replace the glass I think if I pull out a next piece of glass that is pressed in slightly it will work and I can use it until I buy another meanwhile but I am not sure what to do

What you're describing are the symptoms of a failing touch screen. It will continue to get worse until you replace the screen.
