Iphone 5s keeps re springing

I all my iPhones keeps re springing every time I press on any icon in the control centre. It's only happened in the last 24hours. Anyone no why this is happening. Cheers

I've deleted cydia substrate and that then it deleted all my tweaks I've rebooted it then reinstalled it but it's still doing the same.

I've now installed cc quick pro and now every thing is working fine. Anyone no why my control centre is broken?
