Could one make their own?
With my android or Windows phone, I just choose from a picture stored on the phone.
(Sorry, but i've been away from Apple for a while & don't know if this is a stupid reply or not)

On the iPhone you can use any photo in the Camera Roll as wallpaper. Just go to Settings>Wallpaper>Choose a New Wallpaper>Camera Roll and choose whatever photo you desire.
