iphone 6s receive call only when volume is switched off

is it possibe to set the apple iphone 6s so that at nights the phone only rings when i receive calls -
i do not want to receive emails, texts etc. etc.

Yes ... settings / do not disturb ...set to allow calls from everyone ...you can schedule time you want do not disturb to happen or manually set if you wish from the settings or the control center
