IPhone 7 Plus no sound during a call

Dropped my iphone now everything works but can’t hear or be heard during a call. Taptic Engine makes loud noise when I press the button. Any ideas how to fix. Thanks

Have you checked the mute switch to make sure it's not set to silent?

Yes. When I make a call the speaker icon is missing
