KUSA-TV Denver has a story today about a Denver woman whose iPhone recorded a thief ransacking her apartment and stealing items last Tuesday. You can see the actual footage of the incident as recorded via an I-Cam app in the accompanying video on the station's website, and the intruder is also captured in the picture at the top of this post. The woman, called Claire, set up the I-Cam to watch her dog while she was out, never imagining that it would film a burglar in the act. Claire told reporters that she believed the thief managed to break into her home when her mother posted a spare set of keys to her that she had left behind in Virginia over the weekend. The thief opened the package and used the keys to enter the house, where he was then picked up by the camera.
The intruder is still at large, so if you recognise him, get in touch with Denver Police.
