iPhone app to change outgoing phone number to an already existing line

Hey there, folks.

As the title suggests, I am looking for an iPhone application that will allow me to change my caller ID to a line that I already have. I am a clinician and I am using my personal cell phone a whole lot more frequently than before. I do see a number of dialer applications, like Hushed and Burner, but they seem to require that you get a new line. I don't want that. I want to use my already existing office line. I have that forwarding calls to my cell during work hours. Now I want my cell to call out from that number.

I came across Doximity Dialer and it looks suitable (Doximity Dialer for iPhone and Android). It claims to do exactly what I want. I just want to know what other products there are before I commit to that one.
