IPhone Apps purchased through App Store Not Working!!!!!! Help!

Using a Jailbroken iPhone 4S 5.0.1, and yesterday my apps stopped working. Everything that the phone came with (phone, browser, photos, etc.) has not been affected, and neither have any apps that were obtained through Cydia. Seemingly it is just the apps downloaded through the app store. WTF? Help?

I tried to restore from backup on iTunes, but that did nothing. Games are still sending me notifications... but I can't load the games. Any advice would be great.
